 Kitchen:- Mom's laboratory

     Maybe a train stops, maybe a boss stops scolding his employees, maybe the excuses of students who don't do homework stop,.. But there is one thing in this world, which probably never stops. Yes... we're talking about kitchen here; Mom's kitchen.

   From the moment mom wakes up in the morning, her kitchen also wakes up. Office workers also get holidays and sometimes bonuses too. But here, salary means belching from family members, only few compliments as bonus, and maybe even if you don't give such bonus, the taste will not change the next day. Mom's very good friendship with all the kitchen tools - materials. Be it the spice box or the vegetables in the fridge, these are permanent members of mom's kitchen. Whose place no one can possibly take.

   The kitchen is mom's laboratory where many culinary experiments are conducted, the 'three R' for environment are especially applicable here. Milk turns into Paneer if it spoiled, sometimes oversalting a dish creates an unnamed new type of dish that's taste makes us want to put our fingers in our mouths. Maybe many foodies like me decide to have dinner's menu as soon as they wake up in the morning.

      A kitchen is a place where many concepts of science are at work, be it steam, or puffed bread, or a yogurt maker. Boiled water and water filter are also not excluded from this list.

      Mom's best friend is salt; It has a great accompaniment with most dishes. right?

    Students have a different kind of smile on their faces when they have to open mom's tiffin at recess. Sometimes dry snacks, sometimes bread butter, or maggi, fried rice, pouva and so on.

   At night, when mom sleeps, the kitchen also sleeps a little. The kitchen is a kind of inanimate employer whose employee i.e. the mother can never take leave but the two cannot be separated.
