But there is one thing in this world, which probably never stops. Yes... we're talking about kitchen here; Mom's kitchen.    From the moment mom wakes up in the morning, her kitchen also wakes up. Office workers also get holidays and sometimes bonuses too. But here, salary means belching from family members, only few compliments as bonus, and maybe even if you don't give such bonus, the taste will not change the next day. Mom's very good friendship with all the kitchen tools - materials. Be it the spice box or the vegetables in the fridge, these are permanent members of mom's kitchen. રસોડું:- મમ્મીની પ્રયોગશાળા   કદાચ ટ્રેનનો કોઈ રૂટ બંધ થઈ જાય, કદાચ કોઈ બોસ પોતાના એમ્પ્લોઈને ખીજાતો બંધ થઈ જાય, કદાચ ગૃહકાર્ય ન કર્યું હોય એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના બહાનાઓ પણ બંધ થઈ જાય,.. પણ આ જગતમાં એક એવી વસ્તુ પણ છે, જે કદાચ ક્યારેય બંધ નથી થતી. જી હાં... અહીંયા વાત કરીએ છીએ રસોડાની; મમ્મીનાં રસોડાની.  સવારે જ્યારથી મમ્મી ઉઠે ત્યારથી એમનું રસોડું પણ ઉઠી જાય. ઓફિસમાં કામ કરતાં લોકોને તો રજાઓ પણ મળે અને કયારેક બોનસ પણ. પણ અહીંયા તો સેલેરી એટલે પરિવારના સભ્યોનો ઓડકાર, બોનસ રૂપે બસ થોડાં વખાણ પણ ચાલી જાય, અને કદાચ આ પ્રકારનું બોનસ ના પણ મળે તોયે બીજા દિવસે સ્વાદમાં ફેર ના પડે. રસોડાની તમામ સાધન - સામગ્રીઓ સાથે મમ્મીની ખૂબ સારી મિત્રતા. મસાલાનો ડબ્બો હોય કે પછી ફ્રીજમાં રહેલું શાકભાજીનું ખાનું, આ બધાં જ મમ્મીનાં રસોડાનાં કાયમી સભ્યો છે. જેની જગ્યા કદાચ કોઈ ના લઈ શકે. રસોડું એટલે મમ્મીની એ પ્રયોગશાળા કે જ્યાં વાનગીઓના  અનેક પ્રયોગો કરવામાં આવે છે, પર્યાવરણ માટેના ત્રણ આર અહીંયા નોખી રીતે જ લાગુ પડે છે. જો કદાચ દૂધ ફાટી જાય તો તેનું પનીરમાં રૂપાંતર થાય છે, ક્યારેક કોઈ વાન
